Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our international warehouse in Hong Kong, allowing us to offer a wide selection of curated lighting at competitive prices.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and global logistics, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund. Just email us with your order number.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Prices listed on our site are tax-free (in AUD). You may be responsible for import taxes, duties, or local customs fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
